Blood coming out from ones mouth in a dream means:

1.  He is guilty of an evil deed.
2. He is confessing an evil deed he or she has done, because blood is symbolic for the souls of men hurt or offended or destroyed.

When There's No Wound But Blood Flowing From Someone In Your Dream

This suggests being guilty of hurting others badly. Or, being guilty of causing destruction to innocent lives.  Literally it connotes a physical ailment in one, especially if the person had experienced  it before. Or it can be a menstrual flow.

When There's Wound In The Dream

This means the person wounded is offended or hurt physically or emotionally. For blood suggests painfulness. It might be an emotional pain, or a physical ache.
